Sherry & Charles were married at The Hertfordshire Golf & Country Club in Broxbourne www.thehertfordshiregolf.co.uk . With its beautiful Manor house and grounds it’s an ideal place to wed.
My day started at the venue capturing the finer details of their day. Just as we were about to capture the groom & groomsman shots we noticed in the distance a white Bentley pulling down the drive, as the groom dived inside I walked down to meet the bride and explain that she was a little early (nearly 30 minutes to be precise) She was obviously very keen to marry the love of her life! With the bride out the way for a little while we got the groom out onto the lawn area just outside the main entrance for some group shots, the blossom tree was a lovely backdrop and made for some great shots of both of them later in the day.
The ceremony was full of tears and laughter which always a pleasure to be part of. Moving outside after the ceremony unfortunately the weather had turned but that didn’t stop the Bride and Groom from hopping on a golf buggy and heading out into the grounds for some special images of them. Even in the rain they were great and a lot of fun & I know they were over the moon with the results. I’m sure if my cameras could talk though, they would have been moaning they were a little wet!
The whole day was fully of laughter and a complete pleasure to enjoy with them.
Lord & Lady Lavin - a running joke from the day!
